Description: Mandarin Chinese III is the continuation of Mandarin Chinese II. Students will advance in communicative situations in Mandarin Chinese at a low intermediate level. The systematic training in speaking, listening, writing, and reading, reinforced by the use of authentic audio and video material, will enhance competence and confidence in overall communication in the target language. Students may apply the linguistic and cultural diversity of Chinese speaking countries. Additionally, students will be encouraged to take the HSK 2 (Chinese Proficiency exam). |
