Level III is conducted primarily in the target language. Emphasis is placed on the ability to use the language in original situations while refining accuracy. There is a strong focus on the formal structure of the language which includes syntax and grammar. Advanced techniques in communication are also introduced through the broad scope of contemporary culture.
