Description: Modern College Mathematics is an extension of Algebra II and Geometry that will help prepare students for college math courses. The course will cover solving and graphing of functions, polynomial and exponential functions with a focus on practical and financial applications. It will also expand upon Geometry by extending upon previous knowledge to solve more complex real-world problems. In addition, students will learn to solve functions using trigonometric relationships and their graphs. Students will also learn how to use probability and statistics to interpret the world around them. |
