Description:

This course will be an exploration of outdoor activities with traditional fitness components mixed in. Some activities will include hiking, disc golf, being in the pool, obstacle races, and challenges. Guest speakers and in-class assignments will allow the exploration of other areas of outdoor adventure that cannot be replicated in class. Possible trips include going rock climbing, kayaking, canoeing, and paddle boarding.
