Description:

This course is offered to students interested in strength training and conditioning using a variety of methods they can use over their lifetime- weight training, body weight, and cardiovascular exercises. In addition, the course involves lifetime fitness sports and activities that individuals can participate in now to maintain an active lifestyle. There is an academic component to the course which requires a workout log as well as short nutrition and research projects.
