Description: This course is offered to students interested in strength training and conditioning by using body weight calisthenics, weight training, and cardiovascular exercises. This course also offers skills in team sports such as football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, floor hockey, team handball, and softball. There are academic components to this course - oral report, nutrition coaching, weight lifting demonstrations, and a fitness log. (No Sugar Challenge, Primal Challenge) |
