Description:

Experience a culinary trip around the world.  Students will explore the impact of culture, geography and history on the cuisine of several countries including the United States.  This course will incorporate a variety of tastes and techniques from Latin America, the Mediterranean, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.  Students with severe food allergies should consider selecting another FCS class since these foods are an integral part of this course.
