| Description: This semester course is designed only for the advanced art student who plans to pursue a career in the visual arts. Students will develop advanced skills in various media including, but not limited to, drawing, painting, printmaking,and sculpture. Emphasis will be placed on creativity, individuality and self-expression. Special attention will be given to portfolio preparation and career opportunities in the visual arts field. All students will have a portfolio and a group show upon completion of the course. |
