| Description: This semester long, student-centered course challenges juniors and seniors to read major works of literature and develop arguments around themes, styles, and topics. The course includes works of both fiction and non-fiction from the American, British, and world canon of classic and contemporary literature. This course will be taught at the advanced level of reading and writing requiring both critical and innovative thinking. Students should be prepared for significant academic responsibility. |
