Description: Advanced Placement Literature and Composition is for juniors and seniors who have previously demonstrated distinguished ability in reading and writing. This course is taught at a college level and requires a commitment to reading and understanding the classics. The course engages students in the careful reading and critical analysis of imaginative literature. Writing is an integral part of the course, also with a focus on the critical analysis of literature.
