Please call your child's guidance counselor to share your interest in becoming part of the SAVA program for the 2022-2023 school year.
If you complete the registration information below, you will be contacted by your child's guidance counselor to discuss online and in-person instruction options that best meet the needs of your child.

Terms of Enrollment Residency Requirements
	I understand that my student must be living within the Souderton Area School District attendance boundaries while enrolled and participating in SAVA classes.
Monitoring Student Progress
	As their parent/guardian, I understand that SAVA is an online, asynchronous learning platform and I agree to regularly monitor my student's progress, participation and attendance.
Completion of Course Content
	I understand that all courses my student is given must be fully completed for a grade/credit and will be part of their permanent academic record. Also, where SAVA courses and offerings are closely aligned to SASD courses, SAVA courses are not the same courses and offerings.
Attendance Policy
	I understand the District's attendance policies are the same for SAVA students. Examples: Reporting extended sickness and providing doctor's notes as requested, extended days not attending due to travel/vacation.
