Description: This course is not so much about gaming as it is about providing students a glimpse in the world of game programming and showing them the relationships between design, programming, and outcome. Students will create their own computer games and learn game engine design and structured programming with an emphasis on implementing a design document into a working computer game. Topics include: game design documents, 2D graphics, mechanics, testing, and evaluation. |
