Description:

This project-based course is designed to introduce students to 2D video animation, 3D-object animation, and video compositing. 2D animation topics covered include keyframing, easing, nested compositions, track mattes, time remapping, 2.5D space, effects, and keying. 3D topics covered include modeling, materials, lighting, cameras, keyframing, and rendering. Final video products will include 3D renders and 2D video/graphics composited together using professional-level media software.
