Description: This course is an intensive examination of United States history from Colonial times to the present. Students will develop an awareness of the key historical, cultural, diplomatic and social trends that form the fabric of our nation’s past. All students will be expected to develop college level proficiency in think, reading, writing, studying and speaking skills relative to the course curriculum. This course, like all AP courses will require a deep commitment of time and effort on the part of the student. There is a summer assignment for this course. |
