Military conflict has shaped our nation since its founding. This course studies the wars our nation has fought, and the impact they have had on America. Our participation in conflicts around the globe has defined our character, and to this day occupies the attention and concern of the U.S. people. Students will study how wars begin, the nature of these conflicts, their impact on people and culture, and what the future may hold for America in regards to war.
