Description: Business Law is the study of true situations that show how Business and Personal Law impacts not only business, but the lives of young people and adults as well. This course will help students achieve an understanding of legal principals you will use throughout life. The following is a list of units covered: civil law, criminal law, contracts of all varieties, personal property, and real property. These are real-world survival skills. This course attempts to bring consistency to an inconsistent field. College level legal terminology is strongly implemented. |
