The Superintendent reserves the right to approve/deny distribution of information to Souderton Area School District students from non-profit organizations.
- Submit request online using the Flyer Request Form below to the Superintendent at least 2 weeks in advance of event. The event flyer must be submitted in PDF format. A decision will be
made within 3 business days and you will be contacted via email with the Superintendent’s decision.
- If approved, you will receive a confirmation e-mail verifying that your request has been approved. Along with that e-mail, you will receive a listing of schools and the number of hardcopy flyers needed for distribution to students who parent's e-mail address is not in the District's e-mail system. For these students, the organization must supply hardcopy flyers and deliver them to the individual schools.
- Building principals will be contacted by the Superintendent’s office to alert them of the approval.
